100% refunded14+ days before check-in
Cancel at least 14 days before your check-in date and receive a complete refund of all payments made.
50% Refund
50% refunded7–13 days before check-in
Cancel between 7 and 13 days before your check-in date and receive a 50% refund of your total booking amount.
No Refund
0% refundedLess than 7 days before check-in
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be charged.

No refundYour check-in is March 25. You cancel on March 21 — that's 4 days before arrival.
Days are counted from midnight on the day of cancellation to midnight on your check-in date, in Mexico City time (CST/CDT).
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
